By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry or accepting a quotation from Remodel Space Home, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Our Services

We provide design-led renovation services, which may include home decor and interior work, home exterior and garden renovation, home security, fire safety, home loan and warranty guidance, roofing upgrades, solar upgrades, window replacements, home flooring upgrades and bathroom remodeling.

Website content is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional, structural, electrical, financial or legal advice for your specific property. Recommendations are confirmed only after a site assessment and a written scope.

Enquiries and Consultations

Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation does not create a binding contract for construction work. A contract arises only when a written scope or quotation has been accepted by you and confirmed by us in writing.

Quotations and Estimates

Quotations are prepared from the information available at the time of assessment, including visible site conditions and the scope agreed with you.

• Quotations remain valid for the period stated in the document.
• Concealed conditions, such as hidden water damage, deteriorated framing or non-compliant wiring, may require a variation.
• Any variation is discussed with you and confirmed in writing before additional work proceeds.
• Material availability, supplier lead times and manufacturer specification changes may affect scheduling.

Scheduling and Access

Project dates are agreed in good faith. Weather, supplier delays, inspection availability and events outside our reasonable control can shift schedules. We will notify you promptly of any material change.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, including working areas, power and water where required, and to inform us of any hazards, pets, restrictions or property rules that may affect the work.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property and the work you are requesting
• Obtain any consents required from owners, tenants, co-owners or a homeowners association
• Remove or protect valuables and personal belongings from working areas
• Make timely decisions on selections so the schedule is not disrupted
• Ensure that any third-party work not carried out by us does not compromise our installations

Payments and Financing

Payment terms, stages and accepted payment methods are set out in your written agreement. Deposits secure materials and scheduling; final balances are payable on completion or as otherwise agreed.

Where we provide guidance on home loans or renovation financing, we do so as a courtesy. Financing products are offered by third-party lenders under their own terms, and approval, rates and conditions remain entirely their decision. We are not a lender and do not provide regulated financial advice.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty coverage, duration and conditions are stated in your written agreement and in manufacturer documentation for supplied products. Warranties generally cover defects arising from our installation or workmanship and do not extend to:

• Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect
• Alterations, repairs or installations carried out by others after handover
• Failures caused by pre-existing conditions disclosed or undisclosed at assessment
• Damage from storms, flooding, pests or other events outside our control

Warranty claims should be reported to us promptly so they can be assessed and resolved.

Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel scheduled work should be made in writing. Where materials have been ordered, trades reserved or work started, reasonable costs already incurred may be payable. Any cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, layout, graphics, photography and the Remodel Space Home name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our written consent.

Design drawings, plans and specifications we prepare remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use on the project for which they were produced.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website or our services is limited to the value of the work carried out under the relevant agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of use or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Content, services and offers described may change without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
